For over two decades Ingenium has assisted numerous organizations expand their 3GL, 4GL, web software, mobile application, and SOA based infrastructures. Guided by our CMMI Level 3 processes and subordinate paradigms such as the Microsoft Framework and Agile SCRUM, we have supported legacy systems migrations for commercial banks, architected and designed internationally deployed SharePoint based web sites for the U.S military, and supported the implementation of public facing web sites for local governments.

Using best-of-breed applications frameworks, we build solutions that deliver required performance and are cost-effective to operate and maintain.
Ingenium's role on software programs spans both technical and managerial support across a diverse range of software systems and supportive IT infrastructure design, development, migration and on-going configuration management.
In addition to CMMI L3 best practice based control, Ingenium assists in the establishment of the domain centric SDLCs specifically designed to address unique program management challenges. We focus on program management controls, requirements management, quality assurance, and configuration management of client deliverables to include enterprise software applications.
Service Oriented Architecture
Ingenium addresses the challenges of implementing SOAs for our customers. A service-oriented architecture (SOA) achieves function-sharing using services that are well-defined, self-contained, and independent of the context or state of other services and can help businesses respond more quickly and cost-effectively to changing market conditions.
An effective SOA strategy should provide a roadmap for progressive and evolutionary transformation. Ingenium works with organizations to establish an SOA governance model. This defines the rules, processes, metrics, and organizational constructs needed for effective planning, decision-making, steering, and control while meeting the enterprise's business needs and targets.

Business Intelligence/Decision Support Dashboards
Decision makers need real-time access to information that keeps pace with events and minute-by-minute changes to conditions. Ingenium develops solutions that feeds intelligence into high-volume operational decisions, as well as business rules and predictive analytics to automate and improve decisions for greater precision, consistency, and agility.
Ingenium's functional experts can identify elements of daily operation that affect tactical and strategic decisions, analyze impact, prioritize goals and functions, and use Balanced Scorecard principles for monitoring and measuring performance.

Walter Reed National Medical Center (WRNMC)
Application: Internet Web Site Project
Ingenium developed multiple web sites for WRNMC. These are some of the deliverables from this project:
- WRNMC public website used by wounded warriors, their families, DoD, and civilian personnel (over 6,000 pages)
- WRNMC intranets (over 25,000 Army users)
- NRMC eLearn system - Shareable Content Object Reference Model [SCORM]-based learning management system - used by the hospitals under NRMC for their learning and compliance (over 20,000 users)
- DeWitt Hospital intranet (over 2,500 users)
- Enterprise Information Management Web Portal (over 65,000 AF users)
- JTF-CAPMED intranet and JTF-CAPMED BRAC portfolio management SharePoint portal (with expandable infrastructure to potentially support over 89,000 users)
