Ingenium's technical approach centered on hiring and empowering a highly skilled and experienced project team and establishing a portfolio of industry leading commercial-off-the shelf (COTS) products and vendors highly relevant to AMARG's mission. The team implemented the Oracle 11i product suite, establishing compliance with the working capital fund requirements for system capabilities and security, while automating AMARG’s project specific financial processes to manage a budget of $25 million. The team’s work improving HP-UNIX system administration and related procedures yielded system reliability and availability greater than 99.9%.
