Threats to our nation’s security multiply and evolve in sophistication almost as steadily as the data and technologies designed to thwart those threats. Since its inception, Ingenium has provided its various Department of Defense (DoD) clients with the tools, manpower, and processes to build, secure, and maintain powerful and effective information systems.

For example, the Air Force, one of our largest clients, engaged Ingenium to lead an extensive intranet reorganization and expansion project. Ingenium provided systems administration, integration, and engineering services to guide the Air Force’s transition from an intranet system serving 17,000 clients to a new Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) intranet that now serves more than 165,000 users. The new AFMC intranet now spans a command-wide platform, providing e-mail, calendaring, suspense tracking, and numerous site-unique applications. Now, legacy systems from 17 different sites can be accessed from a single desktop.
