As the founder of Ingenium, Mr. Lynch has over 20 years of information technology industry experience and has served Ingenium’s target markets his entire career. Having worked in multiple new business ventures, Mr. Lynch drives Ingenium´s strategic focus through constant interaction with customers and the Ingenium team that serves them. An executive in the early days of Network Solutions (A leader in Domain Name Industry); Mr. Lynch regularly engages with customers and executives of other industries to assist them in exploiting their organizational strengths as well as explore new ways to deliver value to existing or potential customers and markets.
Jacqueline Y. Gamblin, Vice President, Operations
Ms. Gamblin has more than 15 years of experience in providing project, operational and strategic leadership. Ms. Gamblin brings a highly developed understanding of common issues that affect high performance organizations. With over ten years with Ingenium, having served as a Business Unit Executive with P&L responsibility, Ms. Gamblin brings a bottom line, common sense approach to the use of technology. A leader in the deployment of ISO and CMMI processes, Ms. Gamblin guides our customers through the maze of options available to them.
Clifford Hall, Vice President, Business Development - Air Force Sector
Clifford Hall has more than 35 years of experience in the development and management of Centers of Excellence. Before his retirement as a Senior Executive with the Air Force, Mr. Hall was the senior executive responsible for the Air Force Materiel Command’s (AFMC) Software Factory, where all legacy systems and interface gateways for critical networks and applications were managed. With extensive experience in both public and private sector, Mr. Hall has developed and led organizations charged with the management of millions of dollars in military IT assets and in the private sector, led programs responsible for testing, identifying and correcting network and application weaknesses for utilities and other critical infrastructure industries.
Glenda Wilson, Vice President, State and Local Government
Ms. Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in providing operational, strategic and fiscal leadership in government and private industry. Bringing keen insight into the workings of large (and often bureaucratic) organizations, Ms. Wilson helps clients understand and maneuver the inevitable cultural conflicts that accompany change particularly in building business consensus.
Craig Hackett, Vice President, Human Resources
Craig Hackett has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources management. A former teacher and VP with General Electric, Mr. Hackett’s focus is team work and how members of the Ingenium team can develop the skills necessary to move into the next stage of leadership. As the voice of the team, he regularly engages with all elements of the organization, gauging the organization’s culture, talent and systems to ensure alignment with customer and corporate goals.
