Arthur J. Gregg, Lieutenant General, US Army (Retired)
General Gregg has more than 53 years of distinguished professional experience, having held senior level management and command positions in the military and several executive positions in private industry. His experience includes roles as Deputy Chief of Staff Logistics for the US Army, Director of Logistics, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Commander, Army and Air Force Exchange System, Europe and Vice President and General Manager, Cox Cable, New Orleans.
Alonzo E. Short, Jr., Lieutenant General, US Army (Retired)
General Short had a distinguished career of more than 32 years in the US Army Signal Corps. He held a wide variety of assignments with progressively increased responsibility, from platoon leader to commanding general of the Army's Worldwide Information Systems Command, and finally as the commander of the Defense Information Systems Agency and manager of the National Communications System.
Harold L. Timboe, M.D., Major General, US Army (Retired)
Harold L. Timboe, M.D., Major General, US Army (Retired) is the former Commander of the North Atlantic Regional Medical Command which includes all Army care delivery systems including the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC). Currently, Dr. Timboe is Associate Vice President for Administration and Director of the Center for Public Health Preparedness and Biomedical Research at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He also holds a faculty appointment as Clinical Professor in the School of Medicine, Department of Family and Community Medicine.
John Phillips, Major General, US Air Force (Retired)
General Phillips, the former Deputy under Secretary of Defense (Logistics) served for more than 27 years in the United States Air Force, retiring with the rank of Major General. His last assignment was Commander, McClellan AFB, California, where he earned the highest Department of Defense certifications (level III) in Program Management, Acquisitions Logistics, and Computer Systems Development. He brings more than 30 years of comprehensive acquisition, aviation, IT, logistics and leadership experience to the organization. Previously General Phillips served as Vice President of Government Services for Honeywell, Prior to joining Honeywell, he served as the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Logistics), overseeing an organization of 850,000 military and civilian personnel with a budget of $114B where he established an outsourcing and privatization program for the federal government. He led the 1994 Quadrennial Defense Review. The recipient of over 250 awards and decorations, John was honored with Vice President Al Gore’s Hammer Award in 1999.
