Flexible Spending Accounts
Offset your eligible health care and dependent care expenses by making pre–tax contributions to two different Flexible Spending Accounts – Health Care and Dependent Care. Eligible expenses include doctor office visit co-payments, over the counter medications, LASIK surgery, prescription co-payments, au pair services, and summer camp fees.
Short–Term Disability (STD)
Ingenium Corporation provides a STD benefit of 60% income replacement of weekly salary, up to 11 weeks.
Long–Term Disability (LTD)
Ingenium Corporation provides a LTD benefit of up to 60% income replacement of monthly salary. Coverage continues for period of approved disability, up to age 65.
Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Ingenium Corporation provides a Basic Life & AD&D insurance benefit of $50,000 up to one times your salary.
Optional life insurance can be purchased for your spouse or dependents.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Offering confidential counseling and referrals for issues affecting your work or personal life – including health problems, stress related issues, financial issues, substance abuse, job related challenges, and more. You and your household members receive up to five free confidential counseling sessions per issue.
401(k) Plan
Ingenium’s 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, offered through Fidelity Investments, provides an outstanding and competitive package to assist employees with their retirement planning goals.
